Application and Attention of Common Plant Growth Regulators: NAA

Plant growth regulators are artificially synthesized and extracted exogenous substances with physiological activity of plant hormones.

Naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) is mostly liquid form or powder form. Low toxicity to humans and animals, non-toxic to bees. Promote rooting and improve transplanting survival rate. Not afraid of light and heat, it is not easily degraded after being absorbed by plants, and the medicinal properties are mild, without producing the harmful effects that are prone to occur when promoting roots with 2,4-D. The root system that promotes growth is thick and straight, but in small quantities, and the effect is better when used in combination with indole-3-butyric acid. Low concentrations inhibit the formation of the ionosphere, while high concentrations promote the formation of the ionosphere.

Note:

1. Naphthylacetic acid raw powder is insoluble in cold water. It can be dissolved in a small amount of alcohol first, and then diluted with water.

2.It has a good effect on rooting in cuttings, but using it alone at higher concentrations has a side effect of inhibiting the growth of aboveground branches.
