Fenoxaprop-p-ethyl is a selective, endosorbent and conductive post seedling stem and leaf treatment agent

Fenoxaprop-p-ethyl is used to control monocotyledonous weeds in dicotyledonous crops such as soybean, peanut, rape, cotton, sugar beet, flax, potato, vegetable field and mulberry orchard. After adding safety agent, it is suitable for controlling gramineous weeds in wheat field. Fenoxaprop-p-ethyl is a low toxicity herbicide. The technical drug has no irritation to rabbit eyes and skin, medium toxicity to aquatic organisms and low toxicity to birds. Fenoxaprop-p-ethyl is a heterocyclic phenoxypropionic acid herbicide. It mainly inhibits the synthesis of fatty acids by inhibiting the key enzyme of fatty acid synthesis, acetyl CoA carboxylase. The agent is transmitted to the meristem and root growth point through stem and leaf absorption, and acts rapidly. It stops growing 2-3 days after application, the heart leaves lose green and turn purple, the meristem turns brown and the leaves die gradually. It is a highly selective stem and leaf treatment agent. After contact with the soil, Fenoxaprop-p-ethyl quickly changes into phenoxy, from propionic acid, and further decomposes into inactive substances. Therefore, it is safe for post flower crops and decomposes into inactive metabolites in drug-resistant crops. The preparation composed of fenoxaprop-p-ethyl and safety agent is suitable for controlling malignant gramineous weeds in wheat field and black wheat field.

Fenoxaprop-p-ethyl is an inhalative stem and leaf treatment herbicide. After spraying, it can be quickly absorbed by the stems and leaves of gramineous weeds, transmitted to the meristem in the body and inhibited the formation of cell membrane, resulting in the cessation of cell growth and the final death of the plant. The application period of fenoxaprop-p-ethyl (without antidote) in soybean and peanut to control gramineous weeds is long, but the treatment in the early growth stage (weed 3-5 leaf stage) is the best. When mixed with herbicides for controlling dicotyledonous weeds in the mixed land of monocotyledonous weeds and dicotyledonous weeds, they can be mixed only after the miscibility test confirms that they have no antagonistic effect and are safe for crops. Appropriate soil humidity and temperature can enhance the herbicidal effect of fenoxaprop-p-ethyl. If extreme drought or cold wave and low temperature are unfavorable to the growth of weeds and crops, the application shall be postponed until the conditions are improved, and shall not be used in frost period. Generally, it can resist rain 3 hours after application.
