What is Chrysin?


Chrysin is a plant compound that can be found in blue passionflower. It belongs to flavonoids and can produce biological activity in humans and animals. In a laboratory environment, this substance can inhibit the conversion of testosterone to estrogen, which is also the most annoying reaction that most men think. For this reason, chrysin is used by athletes and bodybuilders to stop this biochemical step.
