By acting on the A subunit of bacterial DNA helicase, it inhibits DNA synthesis and replication and causes bacterial death. Its antibacterial activity is the strongest among the widely used fluoroquinolones. It is characterized by strong antibacterial ability, low antibacterial concentration, low toxic and side effects, and bacteria are not easy to develop resistance to it. It is negative for Gram-negative and partially Gram-positive Bacteria, such as Escherichia coli, Shigella, Proteus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Pneumococcus, Staphylococcus have a strong killing effect. Clinically used for various systemic infections and local infections caused by sensitive bacteria, with good effect and wide application.
