Cyproconazole is a triazole fungicide. It is an inhibitor of sterol demethylation and has preventive and therapeutic effects.


Cyproconazole  refers to the chemicals used to control harmful organisms (pests, mites, nematodes, pathogens, weeds and rats) endangering agricultural, forestry and animal husbandry production and regulate plant growth, but it usually also includes various additives to improve the physical and chemical properties of active ingredients. Cyproconazole is a triazole fungicide. It is a sterol demethylation inhibitor, which hinders the formation of fungal cell wall by inhibiting the C14 demethylation process of cytochrome p450 in sterol biosynthesis. Cyproconazole is an inhalative bactericide, which has the effects of protection, treatment and eradication. After application, cyclopropazol was rapidly absorbed by plants and transmitted to the top. Cyproconazole has a wide control spectrum and excellent compatibility. It is effective for powdery mildew, rust, sporophyte, coracospora, chaetospora and Alternaria on cereal crops, coffee, sugar beet, fruit trees and grapes. When mixed with other fungicides, it can well control cereal eye spot disease, leaf spot disease and mesh spot disease. The effective period of wheat rust control is 4 ~ 6 weeks, and that of powdery mildew control is 3 ~ 4 weeks. Cyproconazole can prevent and control diseases caused by powdery mildew, stem rust, beak, nuclear cavity and shell needle, such as wheat powdery mildew, wheat loose smut, Wheat Sheath Blight, wheat snow rot, wheat total erosion, wheat fishy smut, big wheat moire, barley loose smut, barley sheath blight, corn silk smut, sorghum silk smut, sugar beet Sclerotinia Coffee rust, apple spot defoliation, pear scab, etc. Cyproconazole has the functions of prevention, treatment and internal absorption. It is mainly used for stem and leaf treatment. The dosage is 60 ~ 100g (a.i.) / hm2. The dosage for controlling cereal crop diseases is 80g (a.i.) / hm2, coffee diseases is 20 ~ 50g (a.i.) / hm2, sugar beet diseases is 40 ~ 60g (a.i.) / hm2, and fruit and grape diseases is 10g (a.i.) / hm2. For example, 40 ~ 100g (a.i.) / hm2 can effectively control cereal and coffee rust, cereal, fruit and grape powdery mildew, peanut and sugar beet leaf spot, apple scab and peanut white rot. The effective period of wheat rust control is 4 ~ 6 weeks, and that of powdery mildew control is 3 ~ 4 weeks.
