Propamocarb is a low toxicity bactericide with local internal absorption, belonging to carbamates.

Propamocarb is a new agent, also known as Previcur, Propionamide and so on. The common dosage forms are 72.2% water agent, 60% hydrochloric acid saline agent, 72% hydrochloride soluble water agent and 50% Propamocarb hot spray. The main bactericidal mechanism is to inhibit the biosynthesis of phospholipids and fatty acids in bacterial cell membrane, and then inhibit mycelial growth, sporangium formation and germination. The bactericidal mechanism is different from other types of fungicides and has no cross resistance. The International Action Committee on fungicide resistance (frac) assessed the resistance risk of this bacterium as low to medium resistance risk. The drug has good internal absorption conductivity. When used as soil treatment, it can be quickly absorbed by roots and transported upward to the whole plant; When used as stem and leaf treatment, it can be quickly absorbed by the leaves and distributed in the leaves, which can play a protective role within 30 minutes. Propamocarb can obviously promote the growth of crop roots, stems and leaves. Propamocarb can control soil borne diseases caused by Pythium and leaf diseases caused by Propamocarb. It has good control effect on vegetable Damping off disease, blight and downy mildew. It is also ideal for diseases caused by algae, white rust and scab of Cruciferae. It can be mixed with non alkaline agents to expand the spectrum. Propamocarb can be widely used in yellow eggplant, pepper, lettuce, potato and other vegetables as well as tobacco, strawberry, lawn and flower oomycetes. It has a good control effect, such as downy mildew, blight, damping off disease, late blight, black shank, etc. the effective fungicide can be used to eliminate the disease as soon as possible and reduce the damage to crops.

For the prevention and control of melon seedling Damping off disease and bacterial wilt, 500 times of Propamocarb liquid can be used, and the spraying amount is 0.75kg per square meter. It can be sprayed once or twice in the whole seedling raising period.

When melon downy mildew and blight are first attacked, use 600 ~ 1000 times of Propamocarb once every 7 ~ 10 days, spray 750 ~ 1125 kg of chemical solution per hectare for 3 ~ 4 times, which can basically inhibit the occurrence and development of diseases and significantly promote the growth of plants in the application area.

It is used for soil treatment and foliar spray. The soil treatment before sowing shall be carried out with 400-600 times of 72.2% Pulike water agent, and the seedling bed shall be filled with 2-3 times of 72.2% pulik water agent per square meter. It shall be sprayed once every 7-10 days in the early stage of disease. 2-3 consecutive times. In the prevention and control of Green Pepper Blight, make the sprayed liquid flow along the stem base into the soil around the root as much as possible.
